Color is different than pictures It is more orange

Dear Adidas Team, as a loyal Adidas customer who has, until now, had only positive experiences with your products. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed this time due to a serious issue with colour run from a recent Adidas purchase, which ended up staining another Adidas top, both front and back. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a quality issue with your products, and it’s been frustrating. I attempted to contact a support agent via your chat service to report the problem, but the chat app was unstable and prevented me from providing proper feedback.I hope this feedback reaches your product and quality assurance teams. It’s truly disappointing to face this issue with a brand I genuinely like and trust. I still believe in Adidas, but I hope you take this seriously and work to prevent these problems in future releases.
