Colombian jersey is beautiful and well crafted, no complains with that, however I order this product with a free personalization offer to include my son's name and preferred number as the professional jersey looks. My son wore the shirt once, we put it to wash following all the instructions and care, but for my surprise the number and name felt off the jersey in the first wash. This is not the quality I expect from Adidas, and the reason why I rate this with just one start. I had contacted customer support, which by the way was kind of annoying having to wait for long before connecting to a customer agent. They request to have the jersey send back to Adidas for analysis, it has been now a week and no communication at all, I'm just wonder now if nothing will happen and I lost my money.
