The quality is really, really good. However it is too small. I purchased the medium size and put in a water pack inside from an old bag (I was able to put water tube through the bag with no issue at all). It’s very comfortable and can hold a good amount of items, snacks, water, electronics, etc… However, it is too small. I am male, 5’6, 200lb and it fits me good, but I struggle a bit to take it off. But while it’s on, it’s very comfortable, sits high on my back/shoulders which allows me to move more and lets my lower back breath. Maybe as I lose weight and tone myself it’ll fit better; but for now, buyer be aware that it is on the smaller size side.
