I am size 8 fuller bust size F, I got the XS E-G cup and it fits perfect, the support is medium, I lift weights in the gym and it’s ideal, I wouldn’t go for a run in it but for Pilates, gym etc it’s ideal. No wires digging in, it’s so soft. I’ve only washed it once and so far so good, the pads inside did move so have to remember to take them out before washing. Easy to get on and off. The right about of support and softness. Really happy I got these. Those with a petite frame and fuller bust, it can be a struggle to find a sports bra that’s supportive and comfortable. I’ve tried so many sports bras, and this has been my favourite.
